TV Repair Services

The pricing for TV repairs typically varies case by case. Hence, we provide customers with a complimentary phone diagnosis service where they can easily share details of their issue.

To facilitate this process, we request the following information:

1. TV model number (found on the back of the TV or on the purchase receipt)

2. Brief description of the encountered problem.

3. If possible, a few images showcasing the affected area of the TV.

Based on this information, we'll assess whether a repair is viable or if opting for a new TV is more practical.

Occasionally, the problem might not be apparent and could necessitate further examination. In such instances, we will advise an on-site inspection for a nominal fee of $20 SGD. Following the inspection, we will provide a final repair cost. However, this on-site diagnostic charge will be waived if the customer proceeds with our TV repair service.

The turnaround time for a TV repair take about 3 days to a week.

From our experience, 90% of the time the problem shared by the customer can be serviced, and we offer customers a free diagnosis over the phone. from there, customers can decide if they want to process the tv repair.

Our warranty are range from 1 to 3 months after the repairs.

Not a good choice, we advise our customers not to bring their tv over, instate we will come over to you, pack it up, bring it back to our workshop, and send it back to you once it is repaired.

In most cases, tv issues can be resolved on the same day or on-site. In the event the tv repair couldn’t be serviced on-site( due to lack of equipment or parts), we will bring the tv back to our workshop for further servicing and delivery back to the customer upon service.
